Roasted Asparagus

Serves

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch asparagus

  • 1 tbsp avocado or olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Additional Seasoning Options:

  • Fresh lemon

  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

1.     Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2.     Toss asparagus in oil, spread on a baking sheet, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

3.     Cook for 12-15 minutes, JUST until tender.

4.     Add optional seasonings after cooking.
