At it’s essence CrossFit is a training program promoting GPP or General Physical Preparedness through “constantly varied functional movements executed at [relative] high intensity.” We strive to optimize our competence in the 10 Domains of Fitness: endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.
