Classes for All

Whether beginner or advanced, CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. Our program’s purpose is to improve your everyday life by preparing you for everything and anything.

CROSSFIT GROUP CLASS

The daily workouts are constantly varied, functional movements performed with an appropriate intensity to match the individual’s ability level. Workouts vary daily and are designed to provide a broad base of general physical preparedness. We offer an on-ramp program for beginners, group and private training, and group classes for kids.

Class Format:

In our one-hour group CrossFit sessions, participants will be led by our expert coaches through multiple phases of fitness and recovery including:

  • Dynamic warm-up

  • Mobility drills

  • Skill drills and explanation of strength and conditioning workouts that day

  • Olympic or power weightlifting to increase strength of the individual (Not size!!)

  • Workout of the Day (WOD) – The conditioning aspect of the session that combines gymnastics, running, jumping, squatting, kettlebells, Olympic weightlifting, etc. for an allotted period of time or number of rounds

  • Post-workout recovery techniques to prepare you for the rest of your day and for your next workout

NUTRITION COACHING

Our nutrition program is based on the four pillars of overall health: Food, Stress, Sleep, and Movement.

Our coaches will give you a personalized nutrition plan created just for you and your needs.

This program is for everyone – from the athlete who needs to figure out how to find an extra edge in their training to achieve their competitive goals, to the person who just wants to improve their body composition to be a happier, healthier person and confident in their own skin.

With our Nutrition Program, you will receive:

  • Confidence in a program designed and backed by a Registered Dietician

  • Access to an exclusive Nutrition Coaching App

  • Weekly & monthly check-ins with your coach to optimize your personalized habits

  • A personalized nutrition plan from an experienced nutrition coach

  • Accountability to achieve your goals with a coach monitoring your progress

OPEN GYM

Use open gym hours to attack your own workout or tackle some weakness work. If work or life prevents you from attending the group class that day don’t let that stop you from getting in your sweat session.

We don’t offer active coaching during Open Gym hours. This is your time to work on weaknesses or accessory work, do some recovery training, fit in the class WOD or even “make up” a WOD you wanted to try for yourself.

Just a few rules:

  • Respect our box and equipment;

  • Clean up; and

  • Always follow the instructions of any coaches.

HERO WOD

Sunday FUNday! Every Sunday morning we program a Hero WOD. These workouts traditionally are an homage to those who have served our country and given the ultimate sacrifice for our freedoms. They test not only our physical capacity but also mental toughness. Come for the challenge, stay for the camaraderie.

This time may also serve as Open Gym too!

WEIGHTLIFTING

To the experienced, the weekend warrior, or anyone in between this is a great class for anyone who wants to learn to move with more strength, power, and coordination to optimize the Olympic lifts will benefit from this 1-hour class. The skills addressed expand to include the majority of CrossFit’s foundational and auxiliary movements

PERSONAL TRAINING

Our trained coaching staff will ensure you get the unique, tailored experience you need. Use this as an opportunity to train around injuries, work within your schedule, and with access to all the equipment you need. PT is a great option to reach your goals faster whether weight loss, better technique, increased strength, or a private training environment. Your coach will be there to support and encourage you to stay on track with your goals.

Whether 30 minutes or 60 minutes, individual or packaged sessions, skill sessions or more in-depth programming we can tailor these to fit your needs.

CROSSFIT JV

Our youth program is geared toward Middle School grades 6-8th.

These classes focus on the learning capacity of younger children. In JV, young athletes will learn basic CrossFit skills, stay on the move for the entire class, and play interactive games that incorporate a wide range of skills.

The cohesive class environment and structured curriculum of CrossFit JV will build a foundation for fitness at an appropriate pace without leaving anyone feeling thrown into competition with much older and more developed kids.
