324 Cals. 59g Carbs, 20g Protein, 4g Fat (with almond milk and nonfat Greek yogurt).

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mixed berries of choice (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen and chopped)

  • 2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup milk of choice (almond, coconut, soy, oat, dairy)

  • Splash of vanilla

Instructions:
