Berry Yogurt Smoothie

324 Cals. 59g Carbs, 20g Protein, 4g Fat (with almond milk and nonfat Greek yogurt).
Ingredients:
1 cup mixed berries of choice (fresh or frozen)
1 banana (fresh or frozen and chopped)
2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup milk of choice (almond, coconut, soy, oat, dairy)
Splash of vanilla
