Nut Butter And Banana Toast

Ingredients:

  • Two slices of toasted whole grain, sprouted grain, or gluten free bread

  • 2 tbsp nut butter of choice

  • 1 banana, sliced

  • 1 tsp honey

  • Dash of cinnamon (OPTIONAL)

Instructions:

1.     Spread nut butter on toast, then top with banana slices, honey, and cinnamon (if desired).
