Strawberry Shortcake Smoothie

Serves 1

310 Cals. 20g Carbs, 31g Protein, 13g Fat (with almond milk). This smoothie is yummy and works great for breakfast or a pre/post workout snack. Bonus, you get a whole cup of fruit AND veggies!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk of choice (almond, coconut, soy, oat, dairy)

  • 1 cup strawberries

  • 1 cup frozen riced cauliflower

  • 1 tbsp nut butter

  • 1 scoop strawberry protein powder

  • Splash of vanilla (OPTIONAL)

  • Splash of lemon juice (OPTIONAL)

Instructions:

1.     Blend until smooth
