Serves 2 (2 pancakes per serving)

Ingredients:
3 tbsp applesauce
1 whole egg + 2 egg whites
¾ cup old fashioned oats
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients
2. Cook pancakes on low heat on skillet (recipe makes 4)
