Sunday FUNday! Every Sunday morning we program a Hero WOD. These workouts traditionally are an homage to those who have served our country and given the ultimate sacrifice for our freedoms. They test not only our physical capacity but also mental toughness.
Mobility

Whether you want to reduce day-to-day pain, hit new PRs at the gym, or just be able to reach full depth in a squat this class will incorporate a combination of accessory and isolation work with flow yoga and static holds to improve your range of motion and overall mobility and flexibility (with consistency).

Our trained coaching staff will ensure you learn proper technique and safety to execute the olympic lifts - Snatch, and Clean & Jerk; as well as accessory work to improve speed, power, balance, and agility.

Use this as an opportunity to train around injuries, work within your schedule, and with access to all the equipment you need. PT is a great option to reach your goals faster whether weight loss, better technique, increased strength, or a private training environment. Your coach will be there to support and encourage you to stay on track with your goals.
